High Deposition efficiency

Excellent high temperature strength

Outstanding Creep resistance

Easy slag removal

Product Overview

ISOARC E8018-B2 is a premium low hydrogen, iron powder electrode designed for welding 1.25% chromium – 0.5% molybdenum creep-resistant steels used in elevated temperature service. The weld metal provides excellent tensile strength, oxidation resistance and long-term creep resistance, making it ideal for pressure equipment operating at temperatures up to approximately 550°C.
Manufactured under strict quality control, ISOARC E8018-B2 delivers a smooth, stable arc, excellent slag removal and high deposition efficiency. It is specifically intended for critical fabrication and maintenance work in power generation, petrochemical, refinery and process industries where weld integrity and long service life are essential.
