Product Overview
ISOARC E8018-D3 is a premium low hydrogen, iron powder electrode designed for welding high-strength low alloy (HSLA) steels requiring excellent mechanical properties, superior fracture toughness and outstanding crack resistance.
The manganese-molybdenum weld deposit provides increased tensile strength while maintaining excellent ductility and impact toughness, making it ideal for highly restrained joints and demanding structural applications.
Manufactured under strict quality control using internationally proven formulations, ISOARC E8018-D3 delivers a smooth, stable arc, excellent slag removal and high deposition efficiency. It is specifically developed for heavy fabrication, mining, pressure equipment, structural steelwork and maintenance applications where dependable weld integrity is essential.
