Cast Iron Welding Electrodes

E St – Isoarc 270

Low hydrogen type with unusual ability to absorb impurities. Non-machinable on cast iron.

E-Ni Fe C1 – Isoarc 260

Use ISOARC 260 for cold welding all types of cast iron. Particularly recommended for pressure tight welds on heavy castings and circumferential pipe welds

E-NiC1 – Isoarc 210

Specially developed for all cold welding of cast iron, the ISOARC 210 is ideal for positional work. Extra-low heat input, high strength and fully machinable deposits result from using this electrode, extremely pure, the 210 is a low hydrogen electrode with graphite.

ENiCrFe-3 – Isoarc ENiCrFe-3

ENiCrFe-3 electrode is made on a nearly matching core wire with a basic flux system designed to produce optimum operability and demographically sound weld metal. ENiCrFe-3 is optimised for DC+ welding in all positions including pipework qualified in Asme 6G position

ENiCrMo-4 – ISOARC 276

Isoarc 276 Is an MMA electrode for the manufacture and repair of hot forming tools and for oxidation and corrosion resistant overlays. It is used for the manufacture and repair of drop forging dies, hot forming dies, pump impellers, retorts and valves.

ENiCu-A – Isoarc NiCu-A

Isoarc 276 Is an MMA electrode for the manufacture and repair of hot forming tools and for oxidation and corrosion resistant overlays.
